Terms & Conditions

By installing or using Selvra OS (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including merchants who access the Service through the Shopify App Store.

Selvra OS is a Shopify embedded application that connects to your Shopify store and Google Ads account to calculate Profit on Ad Spend (POAS) and propose or execute campaign optimisation actions.

The Service accesses your Google Ads account solely for the purpose of reading campaign performance data and, where you have granted explicit approval, making budget and bid adjustments.

Selvra OS may request access to your Google Ads account to read campaign data (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions) and, with your explicit approval, to make the following types of changes:

• Adjust campaign daily budgets
• Pause or enable campaigns and ad groups
• Add negative keywords to campaigns or ad groups
• Adjust target CPA or ROAS bid strategies

No changes will be made to your Google Ads account without your explicit approval, unless you have configured the “auto-execute” mode for a specific action type in the Autonomy Settings. You may revoke access at any time via your Google account security settings.

Selvra OS reads product data, order data, and inventory data from your Shopify store to calculate cost of goods and attribute revenue to campaigns. This data is used solely to provide the Service and is not shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Selvra OS complies with Shopify's Partner Program Agreement and API Terms of Service. Upon uninstalling the app, your Shopify access token is permanently deleted from our systems within 48 hours.

Selvra OS acts as a data processor on your behalf for data accessed via the Shopify and Google Ads APIs. You remain the data controller for all merchant and customer data. We process personal data only as necessary to provide the Service.

We do not log or store customer personally identifiable information (PII) such as customer names, email addresses, or billing addresses. We reference order IDs and product IDs only.

Selvra OS is billed through the Shopify Billing API. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice. Subscription plans and pricing are displayed in the app at the time of subscription. A free trial period may be offered at our discretion.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Shopify admin. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring that the cost of goods data you provide is accurate and up to date.
• Reviewing proposed actions before approving them. Selvra OS provides reasoning and supporting data, but you retain full responsibility for any changes made to your Google Ads account.
• Complying with Google's Advertising Policies. Selvra OS does not make changes that it believes violate Google's policies, but cannot guarantee compliance with all policy requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Selvra OS is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that use of the Service will improve your advertising performance or profitability.

In no event shall Selvra OS be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Selvra OS in the three months prior to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the Shopify admin notification system or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
